Your diet should consist of complex carbohydrates, protein, vegetables, and natural fats.
You should eat smaller portions of meals five (5) to six (6) times per day. Each meals should include the four categories mentioned above. Meals should be in 3 1/2 hour intervals and should be consumed two (2) hours before workouts. After each workout and before sleep, you will drink one (1) whey protein drink to help build lean muscle.
